30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions explaining how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants; custom or personalized products; personal care products such as beauty products; hazardous materials; flammable liquids; and gases.

Because our products are handcrafted and made to order, please contact us before returning any item so we can confirm whether it is eligible for return.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once the return has been accepted, you may place a separate order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days without providing a reason, subject to any exceptions permitted by applicable law.

The item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
